How does shipping work for Chaos Stock?

Chaos Stock is our only product that relies on non-digital shipping. Packages are sent via U.S. Priority Mail. There is $10.00 option for U.S. shipping in our store. We can NOT send your product unless you choose a shipping option! If your order does not reflect a shipping charge, we will contact you.

Do you ship Chaos Stock internationally?

Yes, we do! Shipping is $40.00 for countries outside the United States. Packages are sent via FedEx International service. We can NOT send your product unless you choose a shipping option! If your order does not reflect a shipping charge, we will contact you.

How do I know that my package has been shipped? It's been a few days since I ordered.

A

Within 24 hours of your order, you will receive an email that states your Chaos Stock package has been shipped. If you do not receive this notification, please contact us! Please contact us if you haven't received your package within 5 business days of our confirmation email.

I'd prefer not to deal with the shipping charges or wait time. Can I just get Chaos Stock as a digital download, like your other Digital Anarchy products?

Not yet, but we do plan to make this option available soon. We are working to getting the technology in place. If you are in a hurry to use a particular project while you are waiting for your disk to arrive, however, please contact us. We can upload that particular project for you.

When I open the Chaos Stock Volume.01 project in After Effects, my system experiences a crash.

A

In order to use a Chaos Stock project with Text Anarchy installed, you will need version 2.1.3 of Text Anarchy. The current version is 2.2. If you have just downloaded the demo of Text Anarchy, then you have version 2.2.

What versions of After Effects are the Chaos Stock projects compatible with?

A

Chaos Stock Volume.01 projects will open in After Effects 5.5 and higher. If you have 5.0 or earlier, the Volume.01 projects will NOT open. Chaos Stock Volume.02 projects will open in After Effects 6.5 and higher. If you have 6.0 or earlier, the Volume.02 projects will NOT open.

You will need the Production version of After Effects. The Standard version is missing built-in filters that we make use of extensively, like Fractal Noise.
